Data is not uploading/updating to child website using WP All Import

  • Hi,

    We are using Woo Multistore plugin to create a child store. On parent store we are WP All Import Pro to import data and is working perfectly fine. Child store is also set-up using data in parent store.

    Issue is that Data is not uploading/updating into child website when data is imported on parent site using WP All Import. We are also using add-on plugin “WP All Import – WooCommerce Multistore Addon”.

    Please help achieving this functionality.

    Hi abdulazizasif.

    There can be a couple of reasons it doesn’t work, most often it’s usually the settings that needs to be tweaked. Since this is an addon that can only be used with the main plugin we are not doing support here on www.ads-software.com. But please open a ticket from your account on woomultistore.com so that the support staff can help you, I am sure we will find the solution.
