    Our IG and FB shop is finally active in the UAE however my previous sale priced items are reflecting on shop but the latest sale prices are not. Do I have to manually update each? we have over 200 items so that is quite taxing, I’m afraid to reupload an excel with the sale pricing as I’ve had a lot of catalog issues with FB already. Any help pls?

    Would you please try opening one of the products in the Catalog Manager, and then click View More Fields in the product pop-up, and see if the sale price is listed there?

    Hi,

    We managed to solve that issue, however we are now facing issues with duplication. Many of the products are being duplicated on Instagram shop. How do we sort that issue.

    I am also facing an issue with Autoptimize. It is blinking red and i’m too sure what has to be done. What does this indicate?

    re. Autoptimize: clear the Autoptimize cache and disable “also aggregate inline JS” and “also aggregate inline CSS”? if you have additional questions regarding Autoptimize you can create a topic at https://www.ads-software.com/support/plugin/autoptimize/ ??

    I’m so glad to hear you found a solution for the initial issue you wrote in about!

    Regarding your duplicate products in the Instagram shop, have you noticed, are only certain categories of products affected?

    Could you please ensure you’ve updated the plugin to the latest version (v2.1.1, released today) and let me know if the issue is resolved?

    The products are randomly affected and do not fall under one particular category.

    Can you pls name the plugin? We have previously had issues with updating plugins as it upsets the flow of things hence do let us know what exactly needs to be updated.

    Sure thing; I was referring to the Facebook for WooCommerce plugin. It turns out we released another new version, v2.1.2, earlier today, with some additional fixes and tweaks. ??

    We are currently using v2.0.5 and the new version unfortunately doesn’t have any good reviews. Please advice on how to fix this problem using the current version.

    I would also like to know how many plugins are to be used. Our developer has installed some plugins that are not in use. I would like an understanding on all the important plugins.

    We do strongly recommend using the latest version of the plugin to ensure you have the latest features and bug fixes. That said, we may be able to resolve this without updating just yet.

    Could you please provide me with a screenshot of the page found when you go into your Business Manager settings and click Users > System Users > Partner Created System User?
