Conditional Fields

Hello,

I have a BMI calculator set up (thank you support!) and now I want to have some conditional text fields show based on the numerical value in a specific field (BMI).

For example, the numerical values are below and I want the text to show based on the number in the BMI field.

below 18.5 – you’re in the underweight range.
between 18.5 and 24.9 – you’re in the healthy weight range.
between 25 and 29.9 – you’re in the overweight range.
above 30 – you’re in the obese range.

Most likely it would be an HTML field so I can style a button along with it.
