Home Page with Hero Image And Recent Posts

  • Hi, I have a home page setup question.

    I have set the home page to show recent posts (static home page).

    Next, I want to create a static home page with a menu that contains the logo and navigation
    My home page has a full-width hero image that does not display on any other pages

    Now I want to add the recent posts below the hero section.

    I have used Generateblocks plugin to create hero section

    But I get this error

    I’m afraid you’ll need a plugin to display recent post list on your static home page.

    We highly recommend using WP Show Posts. – https://wpshowposts.com/

    This plugin is also developed by Tom and is being actively supported/developed.

    @ejcabquina Are you sure there are no other ways without using a plugin? Like, using custom WordPress function. Or any other workaround,

    And About That Plugin,

    That plugin post-column UI is not good like the default GP post-column

    Hi there,

    to do it without a plugin would require Custom Development which is outside of our scope in this forum.
