Yes you can use the link of login page, but there is no shortcode for the login page now since this is a page that contains the login and the registration forms. If you need to place these forms on custom page – the customization is required. Plugin Support does not provide customizatiom service.

Coming to your next question regarding the logout, please be kindly informed that the default WordPress action for logout can be used https://example.com/wp-login.php?action=logout in top bar for an example
