DONATE PAGE NOT LOADING AFTER SETUP

    Hello,
    Thank you so much for this great donation plugin. I have done a setup on my page following series of tutorials I watched on YouTube etc, yet the donation page seems not to load. When I load or refresh other pages, it loads but the donation page ONLY doesn’t load which is GIVEWP plugin. It is integrated with PayPal. Please, what’s the way pout of this?

  • Payment with PayPal is easy,go to set maynent when you set drag paypal payment ,it will ask you email and l mouth of money,it can not set without any amount of money, another is stripe you just set it from the website by creating stripe account and go to strip setting , since you set it from the website the ipa willbe in from the website will be in stripe setting then you will hit connect,or your can go and create paypal batton in paypal then copy the link then come in the website drag batton see a link as circle and put the PayPal link there, it had two place text and link on link put paypal link and on text write Donate and any one who will click donate it will open the PayPal link.

    Oh…Hi Rick,

    Thank you for reaching out. Actually, I still need the assistance. I deactivated the GIVEWP plugin totally because it was not working. Nevertheless, I have gone ahead to activate and install it again. I will be so glad to have a solution to this issue.     Thanks for the update.
    The multi-step template loads the form via an iframe.
    The direct form link is throwing a WordPress error that’s why it never loads on your page: https://www.theinsight.christianjoshua.net/give/support-the-insight?giveDonationFormInIframe=1

    The next step is to check the server error logs to see what exactly is crashing on that page.
