Hide Widget When Nothing Exists

  • Is there a way to hide the entire widget (remove title, buttons, etc) when there are no filter options available?

    For example, I have Product Categories and Product Tags as the filter options. When I am in a product that doesnt have any subcategories and doesnt have any tags, the Title and Buttons show but nothing else, this would confuse users.

    Hi,

    Unfortunately there is no conditional option to show / hide the filter itself if there are no options it can filter, but if you would like to hide the filter from 2-3 pages, we can help with CSS, please send us links to those 2-3 pages, so we can send you a working CSS to hide the filter only on those pages.
