Search profiles / Profile tags

I noticed that when I make a search on my site, nothing that is included in the users’ profiles is found. Nothing form the long description, not even the name of the user.

Does anyone know of a plugin that would search in the profiles too, or one that would add tags to profiles? I tried the plugin Search everything and it does not search the pofiles…

This is a major problem when you are building a community website…
