Issues with images and templates

    Hi,

    I’m just getting started with this Free plugin (after many frustrating attempts at other table plugins) and I’ve already stumbled upon 2 annoying issues:

    1 – I uploaded images to the header of the columns. However, instead of these showing, I get the shortcode instead. Shortcode starts with:

    [arp_header_image id=

    But, in one of the templates where the images are showing the shortcode starts with:

    [arplite_header_image id=

    So, after replacing the shortcode in my custom table with ‘[arplite_header_image id=’ images are showing…

    This shouldn’t really be happening, right?… Why are images just not showing as expected?

    2 – Regardless of the free template I choose, I always get the same… I uninstalled the plugin. Installed again. I always get the same template….

    Sorry for the delay in reply.

    1. Regarding the [arplite_header_image..] shortcode, the issue will be fixed in the next release of ARPrice lite which will be released in next couple days.

    2. Regarding the template selection, I’ve checked from our side but I didn’t face such issue. If you’ve any specific case then please let me know the steps so that I can replicate the issue and assist you. Also, if you’ve any video of the problem then it would be better for us to fix the problem faster.

    1. OK, looking forward to that.

    2. Unfortunately I’m not able to replicate the issue today either. The day I posted on the forum, though, it just was not possible to select any other theme but #1, the one I selected first. I wonder if this is related to cookies?…

    Hello,

    We have already released new version of ARPrice couple days ago. Kindly update it.

    Regarding the template selection issue, we have double checked from our end and could not regenerate either. I think it may happen due to caching issue.
