When I change the contact form on one page, it auto changes on others

Hello,

I have contact forms on a lot of pages of my website.
For 2 landing pages I have other contact forms than for the one on the home page.

Since I created the new landing pages I recognized the following problem:

Once I change the code of the contact form in Landing-Page 1, it automatically changes the code to the same one on Landing-Page 2 and also on several other pages.

What kind of problem is there?

How can I solve it?

I just want to get different contact enquiries on the different pages.
