Replace menu w/ 3rd party

I’m trying to install a megamenu plugin. It works fine on desktop but it didn’t replace the mobile menu instead it is inserted into the current mobile menu. I look through the files for the theme I can’t seem to find where the code is that inserts the primary menu for desktop and mobile period which files are these located in so I can replace the code?
