Address and Phone number optional

Hi @compassionateveg,

The address fields can be activated per-gateway.
For example, go to Donations -> Settings -> Payment Gateways -> Paypal Standard, and enable “Billing Details”.
Repeat the process for all the gateways you have enabled on your site.
