    Hi there,

    Those multiple emails are:
    – sent from WooCommerce?
    – sent from PayPal?
    – have the EXACT same content?

    Also, which PayPal gateway are you using? (there are many!)

    Can you please share here:
    – the order notes
    – the PP log

    These E-Mails are sent from WooCommerce but PayPal needs to do something here so people cant just go back to checkout after being redirected to PayPal.

    Hi so it is not sent by PayPal. It is sent by WooCommerce. It has the exact same content as the normal new order email since its normally sent like in an order process. WooCommerce or PayPal does not understand that the customer just went back by themself.
