Pop-ups still showing after uninstalling webpushr

Hi there,

After deleting my account on webpushr and deactivating/deleting the webpushr plugin, I am still getting popups.

Looking in developer tools on all of my pages, I am still seeing references to it, such as the below. I have cleared my CDN cache and the cache on the WordPress plugin cache but they are still showing. How do I totally remove this plugin from my site?
