Ordered products projects not showing

i am adding woo project correctly but still i am facing the same issue .
can u please suggest me why it is not automatically creating the project what can cause this .
what are the other possibilities of having this issue there is no error here but projects are not added please suggest something

very bad support you guys are doing i already booked 6 ticket for this issue and still my issue is same i raised issue in this forum as well you are not giving me the solution .
i am fedding up now i purchase your plugin and it is not working for me.

I found the issue why it is not creating woo project because the product that we are ordering is not a simple product it is a variable (group) product.
If I am ordering simple product it is created woo project successfully .
Please tell me the procedure that how we can tackle grouped products I need to create project for grouped products .

Please inform the mechanism that how the project will auto create for group products I am waiting for your response

Thanks for writing here.

Woo Project is working on your site as it should.

It does not support group products. You need to assign a single product for a single woo project event. We are unable to add multiple products for a single event by default.

I have kept this in our feature log file. Our product manager will review it and make a plan for future releases.
