Serve resources from a consistent URL – gtmetrix problem

Hello,
GTmetrix.com shows a big problem on my website.
“The following resources have identical contents, but are served from different URLs. Serve these resources from a consistent URL to save 1 request(s) and 152.1KiB.
https://mydomain.com/wp-content/themes/wp-bootstrapstarter/inc/assets/css/bootstrap.min.css?ver=5.5.1
https://stackpath.bootstrapcdn.com/bootstrap/4.3.1/css/bootstrap.min.css”As you can see bootstrap is loading two times. How can I disable bootstrap loading on your plugin?
