    Good afternoon

I appear to have lost all of my (Jetpack) stats for my WordPress blog Golfing Herald…it has worked without any problems since I launched in December 2018 and was working earlier today and now nothing. Whether it is linked I don’t know, but I also appear to have lost all of my subscribers.

Help to resolve both serious issues would be much appreciated.

    Best regards

    Paul

Hi Paul, could you send a link to the site? Also, can you ensure Jetpack is properly connected? You can test that here:

    https://jetpack.com/debug

Also, if you recently switched from staging to live, or connected Jetpack again in a staging server, let us know.

Hi…thanks so much for responding. Have run debug as advised and all clean. Yesterday, in an attempt to fix before raising this support request I re-connected. I believe all is now reconnected and that live and staging are in sync. All stats are being captured fine since reconnection, just nothing visible prior to yesterday.

URL for my site is https://golfingherald.com

Does the staging site have a different site url in its settings? I’m wondering if we have a different connection for that, and whether the stats are hiding out there.

Hi…the url for my staging site is https://golfingherald.com/staging/8151

    Hope this helps

    Hi Paul,

I was able to transfer the stats from your staging to your live site.

Let me know if there’s anything else I can help with.

    Hi @fstat,
I’ve a similar problem. I’ve a testing site (https://eliberico.jasbat.com ) and a production site (https://www.eliberico.com). I don’t know what happened, but right know all my stats are in the wrong site ?? How can I transfer all my stats to my original site??

Hi @fstat…thanks so much for resolving. Can’t thank you enough. The only item I can see where the numbers have been lost is under Subscriptions (Blog and Comments)…not sure there is anything you can do but not the end the world if you can’t as the numbers were very small.

Hi @rafsoga, I have successfully transferred the stats back to your production site.

@golfingherald, Are you referring to your subscribers? If you are, then I can try and transfer these too.

Hi @fstat…yes I was referring to my subscribers

Afternoon…I have found a workaround to re-establish my subscribers so I will close this topic.

    Thanks for all your help
