Top Links and Content links

    This is going to sound weird but i went online to look for a flower to post on a girls wall on facebook, and when i found the Lotus i wanted, went to the site to save the picture….

    And behold, the dude was using the exact worpress template im trying to manipulate. Except his has links that reside in the content bar with drop downs, and mine sit up the top? I pulled his code open and had a look around at what plugins i could see and also installed them but to no avail.

    Anyone able to have a look at these two links and help out a two day old wordpress noob. It would be greatly appreciated ??
