Can’t Log In To Premium Account

I can’t access my account on https://www.relatedpostsforwp.com/. I’ve tried to reset my password four times to no effect – the email never arrives. I’ve tried to contact you guys thee times for help resetting my password and gotten no response over the last THREE MONTHS.

I’m paying you guys $5.99 a month for a service I can’t access. If I don’t hear back from you in 24 hours, I’m going to initiate a chargeback process with my bank. I expect a response.
