hide input depending on selection

Good afternoon,
I would like to know how I can do the following: I have a customization select with the options yes and no. When is it that if another select appears that is showing me input depending on the value of the selected select. I would need these inputs not to appear when the customization select is set to no, only the second select.
The idea is to personalize bracelet beads or not to personalize them.
If you choose to customize it, choose the number of beads and what text each one will have.
