Logout not working

  • Hi!

    I’m trying to make the logout option work, but I’m getting an error message from the ADFS server:

    “Error details: MSIS7054: The SAML logout did not complete properly.”

    I’ve checked the options “The samlp:logoutRequest messages sent by this SP will be signed.” and “The samlp:logoutResponse messages sent by this SP will be signed.”
    I’ve generated a certificate and it’s authorized on the ADFS server.
    We use a Microsft SAML 3.0 server

    Any idea why the logout option isn’t working?

    You will need to review what is stored on ADFS error logs, the cause for invalidating the LogoutRequest/LogoutResponse should be there
