The first time that I installed it was working fine but I was using a personal account for AdSense and I had to create a new account to use it with a business profile.

Then, I disconected Site Kit and setup again with the new account. Then, the plugin didn’t work anymore.

I uninstalled and re-installed again, but now, nothing works. I tried to use the Reset Site Kit button but also doesn’t work. I check the Chrome DevTools and I found this message every time that I’m trying to do a new action with Site Kit:

    {"code":"rest_no_route","message":"No se ha encontrado la ruta que coincida con la URL y el m\u00e9todo de la solicitud","data":{"status":404}}

Message translate to English: “The path that matches the request URL and method could not be found”.

It’s weird because every time that I re-installed it looks like a new instalaltion but when I executed again the wizard, everything appears like before.

    Thanks for your help.

Thanks for getting in touch. So we can investigate this issue can you share the following:

    1. Your Site Health information. You can share privately using this form.

    Hi James,

    Thanks for your reply.

    1. I already sent you the Site Health information.
    2. Once everything is installed and the startup configuration wizard is finished, all the services appear as connected but the widgets of the dashboard don’t show anything. At this point, if I try to Reset or disconnect some service, I’m receiving this message.
    3. Following I attach more information about the messages when I click in Reset button:

Many thanks for sharing, that additional information is very helpful. It sounds like you’re experiencing an issue similar to the below:
    https://github.com/google/site-kit-wp/issues/1926

Can you confirm you’re using WordPress.com business plan?

    (@tdtorre)

No, I’m using my own hosted WordPress in a remote server. And the error that appears in that thread shows a 403 and I’m getting a 404.

Apologies, for some reason I though you were a wp.com user. So we can investigate this further can you share the following, I’ll also check your setup on the Site Kit service with the team:

    1. Have you tried to disconnect your Google account from Site Kit as opposed to resetting the plugin?
    2. I noticed you’re using the Health Check & Troubleshooting plugin. Did you attempt Site Kit setup while in troubleshooting mode?
    3. After connecting Site Kit does the same issue occur with just the Search Console module active?

As you mentioned, I enabled the Site Kit using the troubleshooting mode and everything has been fixed. After this, I turned to the normal state of the website and the SK is still working fine. Thanks!
