    Hi @bambootb
What is your current timezone set under Settings ? General ? Timezone?
The default timezone of your server may also be a factor here as it is usual behaviour to set this as UTC (+00:00) as a base for calculation of local time etc.

@mouli Both my server Timezone and WordPress timezone is already set to GMT+7 however, in schedule actions it does not follow this rule, it’s using UTC+0000

Please see this screenshot of my server and WP setting.

Hi @bambootb. I’m sorry that we missed your last response. As @mouli mentioned, the times in the scheduler will show as +0000, i.e. in UTC time. There isn’t an option in WooCommerce to change this. The time is automatically converted to UTC from the site’s timezone when the action is scheduled, or from the time set by the extension.

    I hope that clarifies things!

Hi @bambootb. We haven’t heard from you in a while so I’m going to go ahead and mark this thread as resolved. If you still need help with this issue or have any other questions about the WooCommerce plugin, please start a new thread.
