    Hello. I’m using both AST and trackship.
    1.Where does the track button on the order page direct to? To the trackship page or what?
    2.How can I hide this track button if that track button directs the user to the provider website? (especially for custom provider which does not have a platform)

    Navigate to TrackShip settings and enable the tracking page, once you enable the tracking page it will automatically set the tracking links to direct to the tracking page.
