    Hi,

    thanks for your post, and sorry for the trouble.

    I’m afraid that there’s nothing really that I actually can change about the save function… TablePress uses JSON as its data format and can not influence if mod_security is configured too aggressively and produces false positives. Sorry.

    Hi,

    note that most webhost companies that I have seen were ok with adjusting an over-aggressive mod_security configuration. If yours is not, you might have to consider switching hosts.

    Yes, changing our site provider is on my fun list. Their tech support has degraded noticeably: email only, 3 hour to 3 day response times. They do not refund any “unused” subscription fund if I terminate service before the end of the annual agreement.

    indeed, not very convincing arguments to stay with them or even recommend them…
