Can't get rid of the top white space

Initially I changed the page# setting in style.css (child theme) and it worked. The site crashed with blank pages after I installed a form plugin and edited the css. I deleted the plugin, now no matter what css code I put in the style.css, the top space just won’t go away. Please help!
