custom categories?

  • i have a restaurant blog site thanksaglatt.com and would like to have two sets of categories. one set being the reviews/news and the other being JUST categories of the restaurants where i can put their basic info/hours as well as put tags to what kind of food they have. I would want it to be in a way that these tags don’t show up the same information as the other group of tags. is this possible?

    i didnt really see anything there that would help me out? do you know if there is a plug-in that can do this for me?

    i don’t understand how to use the custom fields?

    So i have a restaurant review site where I am reviewing restaurants but i would also like to have a separate place for the restaurant listing.

    For example:

    I review “Hamburger Restaurant 1”
    On that review i put it in the category review, and tag it hamburger, New York City.

    Separately, I would like to be able to have a Page for “Restaurant 1” with just information of the restaurant on it like hours, a map for its local, searchable in a different group than the reviews and if people want to find a hamburger they can find a list of hamburger joints or if they want to find something in new york city they can find a list of NYC restaurants… get it?
