Site verification for Bing in Jetpack

There is a procedure that does not work on the Jetpack support page for Site Verification Tools:

Under the heading: “Using the Bing Webmaster Tool”
The instructions say:
“2. Navigate to My Sites page on Bing Webmaster Tools and click Import.”
The Bing Webmaster Tools page has no option for a “My Sites” page, and I do not find an “Import” to click in any of the other options on the Bing Webmaster Tools page.

When I look for help on Bing.com, I find this page:

which does have a link to a “My Sites” page:
https://www.bing.com/webmaster/home/mysites
That page lists my web page that I want to authenticate, but the the word “Import” is nowhere to be found on the page, and nothing else on the page seems to work.
