need help with product image not showing

@blinkswp I have a few questions to clarify what you are seeing:

• Is this happening on a single product you uploaded or on multiple items?
• How were these products imported on the site? Did you use the built-in CSV importer or a third-party tool?
• What happens if you manually edit the product and add a new image to to it? Does that work?

I have 3 or 4 product imported same issue with this. I did try deleted it and importing it back same issue.
– I did import it via alidropship directly not CSV. all importing products well organize and working.
– I did also deleted all images and change it manually even the content. But no luck at all. I change featured image it shows on shop page but when you on product or single product page no image showed and there is some buttons missing and some variations is not highlighted when click.

I inspect the product page it has 5 or 6 issues. other working product page is ok. I did tried disabling all plugins and use other themes and only woocommerce plugins and alidropship. did import again same issue showed.
Upon inspecting on that page it has some .js issue

@blinkswp I was unable to look at the product page as it’s currently showing a “Nothing found” error.

It sounds like this might be an issue with the import process, though. If you create a brand new product manually, from the wp-admin dashboard, and add images by uploading them yourself from your computer, does that work correctly?

If it’s only 3 or 4 products presenting the issue, it might be easier to recreate them manually to get around this issue.

Actually the error i found is from variations image from importing. I did delete all variations image when importing and it works well on my store. but its not good enough as you can only see the name of other variations when click no images showing. and the featured image is showing in other variations. its not good. I did manually add image variations but the issue happened. if i add manually variations image. gallery image on the left side will gone and some behavior of the product page is not good.

I did inspect the product site in aliexpress there is some 5 or 7 issues/error. when already on my sites still I’ve got 7 issues/error. The other one that i removed the variations image there is no more issues when i did inspect the site.

I am not happy with the output if there is no variations image. im kind of skeptical on how or were to find the issues. The dropshipping tech/support also can give me solution. only the solution that i heard from them is to delete this products on my site.

Is this also some variations error from woocommerce?

Hi @blinkswp ,

If products and are being deleted and imported again, there may be some issues with the import and thumbnails. Try going to WooCommerce > Status > Tools > Regenerate shop thumbnails > Click – Regenerate (Button on right) to regenerate the shop thumbnails.

This process will take a while, but you’ll see a notice on your dashboard letting you know it’s running. Once it’s complete, see if the images appear.

Are you using the Aliexpress Product Importer? If so, and the thumbnail regeneration doesn’t work, there may be an issue with the import itself, and our developer partner should be able to help resolve that. Please create a ticket on our support page so they can take a look.
