    Hi Oscar,

    When making a test purchase, the CDN transaction failed and did not make it to Stripe dashboard at all. The user was shown this error message. Is there a reason this would be failing or some functionality we are missing here?

    Hi,
    I don’t get errors testing stripe. Does the problem happen when PBoC is deactivate?
    What’s the currency of the transaction?

    The currency is Canadian dollars. We set up the plugin and everything seemed to be working (currency was displaying properly…defaulting to USD except in Canada where CDN was showing). But when we ran two test transactions:

    1. USD transaction was perfect
    2. CDN transaction (from Canada) failed (it didn’t reach the payment processor)

    NOTE: The plugin is currently deactivated but it was activated when we ran these tests.

    Hi,

    I would recommend checking your Stripe error logs (assuming that you’ve enabled logging).

    To enable logging, go to WooCommerce > Settings > Payments > Stripe and enable the Log debug messages checkbox as shown in this screenshot – https://cld.wthms.co/VXQRo1

    Once you’ve done that, perform another transaction so that the logs can be populated.

    To view the logs, go to WooCommerce > Status > Logs, select Stripe from the dropdown and see what’s in there.

    More than likely there’s an issue with your settings and the logs should reveal what’s gone awry.
