Using your WP plugin. Successfully installed certificate (cert, key, bundle) in July. Cert expired 10-29-2020. Visit plugin via WP and click download cert, key, bundle. Login to cpanel and paste exact text from those files. Cpanel says cert (CRT) is expired. Your download cert button in the plugin is providing an expired cert. Please advise as to solution?

By the way, before downloading certs, I updated WPEncryption plugin to v5.2.4

@levocskram With our Free version, You will need to manually renew SSL certificate every 90 days i.e., click on RENEW SSL CERTIFICATE or STEP 1 in progress bar of WP Encryption page and run the same Generate SSL form again. This will provide you with new renewed SSL certificate valid for further 90 days.

There is no RENEW SSL CERTIFICATE and STEP 1 downloads expired certificates. I had to reset and re-auth.

Terrible support and a sketchy product. If this keeps happening, I’ll uninstall and find a different solution

@levocskram you can use the RESET option of WP Encryption & run the Generate SSL form again to get new certificate.
