    Hi,
    I’m in the process of researching membership plugins. I haven’t installed Paid Membership pro yet.
    I’m looking for a way to provide my users an advert free experience. I currently use google adsense injected to each page through a gdpr plugin if the user accepts it.

    Would it be possible using your plugin to block adsense code to load or do you know any plugin that ads/removes code to pages depending of user status?

    Hello @yondermann,

    Hiding ads from members on your site does sound possible, but would require some customization to integrate with the GDPR plugin that you are using.

    The general steps for this customization would be to add some custom code that runs before the ads are injected, and if the user is a member on your site (which can be checked using the pmpro_hasMembershipLevel() function), unhook the code in your GDPR plugin that injects the ads.

    It is also possible that the GDPR plugin may have a filter to disable ads, though this would depend on the particular plugin that you are using.
