    Hi,

    I have created a custom header with a mega menu using elementor. However, am unable to display the mega menu using the astra pro addons options as it is only showing the native menu generated by Astra.

    What can be wrong?

    What I mean above is that the menu displays as a regular dropdown menu.

    The mega menu will only work with the default Astra header. To make the mega menu work, kindly use the default Astra header. Please refer to this doc to know more about Astra Mega Menu.

    Is there a way I can be able to edit the header and include a search bar ?

    Am new to wordpress.

    Yes, of course!

    There are a couple of ways to add a search bar in the header.?? You can add it using Last Item in Menu. You can also add the search bar on the Above Header and/or Below Header sections. You can even use a shortcode to add the search bar. However, please note that using shortcode to add a search bar will not work with Astra free.

    I have added a widget below the header as shown on the attached image. https://ibb.co/4FcT4G5

    Is there a way I can change its width? Right now it just looks out of place.

    Hi @fkarimi,

    The widget you added in the Below Header is the default WooCommerce Product Search widget and there’s no dedicated option available to resize it. Probably a custom CSS could do it. You might want to ask this on WooCommerce forum for this or go to a site like w3schools.com to find any reference about CSS.

    BTW, just out of my curiosity, why don’t you just add the Product Search widget in the Last Item in Menu?

    Hi @fkarimi,

    You might want to use the Astra default search ?and restrict the search results only for products using custom PHP code. Please refer to this topic to see the custom code you can use for that.
