Ah, thanks, I see what you mean now. I’m not able to reproduce this on my test site though. I wonder if it might be something in the Table Block setting. Have you tried changing your theme temporarily? You can install Health Check. On the troubleshooting tab, you can click the button to change the theme, while you’re still logged in, without affecting normal visitors to your site.

You can also share a screenshot of your block settings so I can make sure I’m testing using the same ones.
