Header Image on Entire Site

    I am in the process of creating a WordPress site for a charity. I have a couple of questions regarding the Header Image and slider option.

    I have created header images and selected ‘Entire Site’ but the header image is not showing up on the home page. How can I have it showing on ALL pages and posts?

    At the moment I have disabled the slider. Is there a way I can have a slider with images instead of posts?

    I also have a breadcrumb plugin installed but there is no option to display it full width below the menu, which would be the obvious place. Is there a way I can do that?
