Cannot make popup load

    I cannot make popups work. I disabled ALL speed optimizations on the site, but I still no success. The popup should show on all pages based on a time delay, and on clicking on the About Us link – nothing happens. I exhausted all the debug options described on your page. Obviously I am missing something there…

    ?1. Make sure it’s?published.
    2. Kindly check that you did not add any targeting rules that could be causing it to not show up. Try removing them all to confirm.

    I tried those steps already. (I am a professional web developer). That’s why I asked for help, because nothing worked. Things are looking ok, and from top bar I can launch the popup, nothing unexpected in debug. Just simply isn’t starting, none of triggers are working.
