Issue using Nimble customizer

It’s been a few days that I try to modify some of my website contents but here is the thing. I can’t access the customizer facility.

Let me explain,
The nimble builder page opens normally but then I can’t access the sections and contents settings or modify any of my contents. as in the following pictures.

I already updated nimble builder and WordPress to their most recent versions (5.3.2) and deactivated all my websites plugins to debug nimble but it didn’t make a difference. The debug mode didn’t work either.

Can you please help me solve this problem?
