Plugin doesn’t show the image on the Check out page

Seems this is not related with our YITH WooCommerce Gift Card.

WooCommerce by default doesn’t add any product image on checkout page. We tested with default theme TwentySixteen and it’s not showed any image.

Maybe you can try with other product type like simple in order to see if the image is showed.

Actually, when I come to the checkout page, the “Simple” product type is visible while the “Gift Card” product type is invisible. Please, see the the screen shot/file: “Capture-1.png”

Unfortunately, the same is true when order is completed and the administrator gets the notice about the purchase. In the “ORDERS” section, you can see that the image for the gift card product is missing. Please, see the the screen shot/file: “Capture-2.png”

And there is another issue (still visible form the “Capture-1.png”). I cannot determine which Gift card design/image/template was chosen by the customer.

Can you help ?

Seem that you are using the Premium version of the plugin, in this case, you will need to open a ticket from your account in yithemes.com This forum is only for the free version from www.ads-software.com.
