What happened to the “popmake-{slug}” classes? My popups now just show “popmake-{id}” classes. Is that right or did I do something?

    Hello @junkes

Good day, and thank you for reaching out!

I’m sorry to hear you’re having this trouble on your site. The popup CSS class should display on the Popup Maker dashboard. We have a new version of Popup Maker. It is version 1.13.1.

Could you please update your Popup Maker plugin to the latest version? Once you have updated the plugin, it will display a notification on the Popup Maker dashboard to update the popups, kindly select the button to update it. If you also happen to have a cache system running on your site, kindly clear the cache after updating the plugin.

Please let us know if this helps fix the issue. If it doesn’t, could you please send us a message at https://wppopupmaker.com/support with the URL on where we can check the popups? Thank you!

    Hey @junkes

Thanks for using Popup Maker. We removed some of the clutter from the all popups page and since the “popmake-{id}” is the recommended CSS class that is the one that is now shown. The “popmake-{slug}” is still supported but we do not recommend that as many people have changed their popup’s slug causing it to no longer show.

Let me know if we can assist with anything else!
