Unlimited checkout loading with SM plugin..

    Hi there,

    i have a problem with Simple Membership plugin, when the plugin is activated, when i go to the checkout link with android phones only on instagram or messenger web browser (so facebook web browser, not chrome or other), there is an unlimited loading icon on checkout and its impossible to put the payment infos.

    I try memory issue, cache, but same problems with me and somes clients…

    When i desactivate SM its ok.

    Can you help me please ?

    Try disabling all other plugins except ours. Then carry out a test.

    Is the android phone running the latest Android version? Have you also tried testing an iPhone phone or tablet?

    I will try this now, for testing yes on iphone its ok, tablet i dont know.

    I try desactivate all plugin but in can’t desactivate woocommerce, elementor and cartflows because it desactivate my checkout page and i can’t testing.

    But with all the rest desactivate, same problem.

    I dont know if its helping you but i will try to install Autoptimize and disable Javascript and the loading button disappear (im not an expert by the way).

    What do you mean by the above comment? Can you provide more information?

    In autoptimize plugin, i choose “optimise JS code” and i choose “force JavaScript in head” and After that no unlimited loading button (but problem still here because PayPal and stripe checkout are off in this case).

    This is an issue with iframe being used with the messenger app and how PayPal will block checkout from iframe. It’s a technical issue with loading a page via iframe and PayPal’s checkout not working in iframe. This is not something our plugin can do anything about unfortunately.

    Ohhhh so bad if i can’t use your plugin ?? but when i desactivate paypal in my checkout and let only stripe, problem still here, normal ? Conflit goes with stripe to ?
