Mobile View Colour behind logo

In mobile view the colour behind the logo image is white, how do I change this?

After inspecting the element its the DIV tag with the class col-lg-3 col-md-3
adding background-color, color, or just background does not change anything in mobile view but adds black to other areas of the site in full width.

It breaks the site cleanliness, Please help ??
