Are you getting any error messages? You filled a page with [spreadplugin] and clicked “Rebuild Cache” in the Spreadplugin Settings?

Does it show you some products while building the cache?

Can you see the server logs, if there are any errors?

Sounds like there is a cache (module cache) enabled or firewall blocking the requests to Spreadshirt api.

I have a similar problem. I tried using the plugin. I rebuilt the cache, and it looked fine, and showed every product while rebuilding. But, then it just said there were no products to be displayed, and to rebuild the cache. It works fine using code, but would prefer to use your plugin. Thanks.

Check if your hosting provider uses cache or module cache.
