Frontend management & Request leave

  • Hi. Is there a way for a specific user, like an accountant, to get access to all reports and users on the frontend? I wouldn’t want them to get access to the wordpress dashboard and menus.

    How would an employee request leave on the frontend? All the employee sees in the clock in portal is time in and outs.

    Thanks for using our plugin.

    The staff user will have a subscriber role, So he can only do the things you permit to do.
    And Staff can request the leave request from his dashboard.

    That’s the thing. I don’t want any users other than the admin to access the wordpress dashoboard menus? Will you be creating front end options soon?

    Hello @wolphe , You can use [WL_CIP_PORTAL] as a shortcode for all your added staff members as a subscribers for them to Clockin and clock out.

    That I already know and have already setup. What I mean is Front end reports. A way to see all staff reports, info, etc…
    Like all the Clock in Menu:
    Task
    Reports
    Staff
    Shift
    Designations
    Locations
    Holidays
    Leave Request
    Event
    Notice
    Settings
    ——-
    All on the front end instead of just on the wordpress dashboard
