my share counts gone and not showing

  • i updated the plugins but the share count is 0 now. why my share counts are gone.

    Please let me know how i can get it back.

    Hi there,

    Share counts are tracked on an url basis. If you change url of your web page, it will reset the share count. Do you remember making any changes in the urls? If yes, revert back to the previous url and clear the share count cache from the “Miscellaneous” section at social share options page in the admin area.
    If you are still not sure, let me know the exact url of the web page of your website where you have lost the shares.
