• I tried Different Multi author plugins, that allow a Post to be editet by multiple authors. Sadly this seems to Work only on the backend.

Using your Plugin only the the first author can edit the Post on frontend.the second author does not see the Form.

Multi author sites are pretty common. I think this functionality should be implemented.

    This is possible as follows:

Set the permissions to a specific role such as ‘editor’, now anyone who is an editor can edit the form

But i dont want every “Editor” to be able to edit every post.

Lets say there are 100 editors.

Every post has exactly two Editors/ authors (call it what you want).

The next post can have 2 totaly different Editors. But its alwasy two per Post and they change dynamically.

Only these two Editors should be able to edit the post, that is associated with them.

The other 98 editors/authors dont should be able to edit this specifc post.

Maybe now you get what i mean.

think about it like post owners.

Every post has two individual post owners that change from post to post.

I think this can help (did not try it myself) wp groups plugin
