Image Gallery Description Field Size

When I upload or select an image to insert, the Insert button is always a few lines below the bottom of the popup screen, so after typing in some alt text I need to scroll down to get to the button.

The description field is large enough for Hemingway to say it thrice, so am wondering if that field could be cut down a bit or made shrinkable.

Also, it would be great if the media selection/upload window could be made floating so that one could “reach around” it and scroll and reposition the cursor without having to invoke the media window every time I want to insert another image. I’m just experimenting with using it right now, may go back to my old way of just pasting Gallery 2 URLs.
