Admin Panel Errors

Ok, first of all, I tried everything I can, but it still is not working, I really need help::

1. Admin Panel sends me to a Yahoo 404 Page Load Error..

2. I created my blog a https://mydomain/home.. and when trying to move my blog to https://mydomain/ only, everything becomes all messed up..
