Vendor products image not showing

Can you please try disabling your other plugins except Dokan & WooCommerce? Also, try with a different theme (i.e. Storefront) to check if there are any conflict issues.

Also, make sure you are on the current version of Dokan.

Everything works fine with the Storefront theme. But when I activate the MediaCenter theme, It gives a fatal error.

It looks like your theme has overridden the default Dokan template here – /wp-content/themes/mediacenter/dokan/products/new-product-single.php and using one deprecated class there. Either you can remove that code or replace the file with the correct code by copying the whole content from dokan-lite/templates/products/new-product-single.php file.

You can ask your theme developer as well if they promised you to provide Dokan compatibility, they can help you sort out the issue.

Did you try only keeping WooCommerce & Dokan activated? Also, try with a default theme. If those do not work, create a ticket & share your admin and FTP credentials. We will investigate there.

I understand.

However, we are unable to confirm the compatibility of all plugins and can not really rectify why the problem occurs within our support policy. You may need to contact an expert who can modify either Dokan or Redux Framework to make the plugins work together.
