Don’t waste your time. This plugin does not calculate taxes (at least in Colorado) properly.

Will look for another ecommerce platform other than Woo Commerce

    Hi @mjm2950,

I couldn’t seem to locate a support request for Colorado taxes when searching the plugins support forum, maybe I’m missing that though. Before leaving your review did you open a support topic for the behaviour providing an example of what you experienced and if so could you reference a link to that for us?

We would be happy to take a closer look at Taxes for Colorado and investigate any irregularities you discovered?

I live in Colorado, and have had issues with automated tax calculations. It’s not that the rates are wrong, its that they are being calculated based on the customers address and not the shop address. In the Woocommerce Services version of this plugin you could calculate based on shop base, which is correct for me. I am in a bookkeeping nightmare now because the taxes are being calculated from all over the country instead of locally…. our store does local delivery of gifts, so I believe the taxes should be calculated from our address and not from everywhereville USA. I put in a support ticket and was told that my functioning tax calculations for the last three years didn’t exist – which is not the case. Problem only started three weeks ago.
