Suggestion – Changing the label for WC Cart Fragments

The label “WooCommerce Cart Fragmentation” should actually be called something like “WooCommerce Cart Fragments”, or “WooCommerce Cart Fragment Scripts”, as there’s no such thing as “cart fragmentation”.

For anyone reading, other than the plugin’s authors (who probably know this already), the “cart fragments” are simply bits of HTML that are used to refresh the mini-cart on the frontend. They are called “fragments” in the code because “pieces of HTML to update the content of the mini-cart” would have been impractical. ??
